Sound Temple | PORTALS with Rida Kıraşı & Natalie Garih

Selectist and Smarana Healing come together to transform the main room at Frankhan into a temporary sanctuary — a space to pause, soften, and reconnect with the body.

In the midst of the city's rhythm, this collaboration invites participants into immersive evenings of breath, sound, and deep listening. The space will be reimagined as a sensory refuge where vibration, presence, and stillness guide the experience.

Through two different gatherings — Portals and Gongsphere — we explore sound and breath as gateways into inner landscapes, offering moments of grounding, expansion, and collective resonance.

PORTALS is a guided journey through breath and sound led by Rida Kıraşı and Natalie Garih Frayman — an invitation to cross subtle thresholds within ourselves.

The session begins with a somatic breathwork practice, gently guiding participants into deeper awareness of the body and nervous system. Through conscious breathing, space opens for release, regulation, and reconnection.

The breathwork is followed by a sound healing journey, where layered frequencies and intuitive instrumentation create a supportive field for integration and deep rest.

Together, breath and sound open a space where sensation, emotion, and presence can unfold naturally — each session becoming a portal into deeper layers of the self.
