Within the magnificent acoustics shaped 500 years ago by Mimar Sinan, we gather to bathe in sound.Together with Rida, Can, and the Soundala team, we journey into deep resonance — where steam, stone, and vibration weave a sacred space for renewal.

As we approach the turn of the year, this final SoundBath invites us to release the old and open space for the new, within the home of water.Just as we shed old skin when we bathe in the hamam, we let go of what no longer belongs to us — gently, through the language of sound.

In the echo of gongs, bowls, and breath, we surrender the weight of the year to the water, stepping into 2026 with clarity, softness, and a lighter heart.

*Sound meditation is a form of meditation that aims to harmonize brain waves with the help of various instruments and to transition the body into a deep rest and repair phase.
