Moon Circle with Bade

A two-part workshop that combines Lunar Yoga and Moon Circle to sync with the Lunar Cycle and embrace intentional living.

New moon is dark and receptive, a perfect time for new beginnings while the Full Moon is about the completion, abundance and transformation. Lunar Yoga is an all-levels practice that takes you inward to plant seeds of intention for what you desire to manifest in your life.

Moon Circles are to share stories, create ritual, and support one another through heart-centered community.

The circle will begin with an introduction to the theme, and may include journaling, guided meditation, breath work, mantra, check-ins and sharing and intention setting. This is a great practice to access your own inner guidance to determine where the greatest healing, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, can occur.

About Bade Toprak:

Bade Toprak is a Vinyasa yoga teacher, founder and facilitator in Moon Circl Community. She discovered yoga while living in Hong Kong in 2017. Since then, her nomadic lifestyle in the fashion industry has allowed her to explore various countries, experiencing different yoga styles and gatherings along the way. After completing Yoga Alliance 200h Teacher Training, she started her mentorship program and specialized in Vinyasa Yoga. She finds joy in the dynamic impact of music on yoga, practices and teaches the creative flows it inspires.

Infusing her practice with compassion and kindness, she invites all to recognize and honor their spiritual hearts. Believing that sharing joy doubles it and sharing sorrow halves it, Bade started doing circles in 2023. She is a strong believer of the collective power of communities coming together.
