Selectist and Smarana Healing come together to transform the main room at Frankhan into a temporary sanctuary — a space to pause, soften, and reconnect with the body.

In the midst of the city's rhythm, this collaboration invites participants into immersive evenings of breath, sound, and deep listening. The space will be reimagined as a sensory refuge where vibration, presence, and stillness guide the experience.

Through two different gatherings — Portals and Gongsphere — we explore sound and breath as gateways into inner landscapes, offering moments of grounding, expansion, and collective resonance.

PORTALS is a guided journey through breath and sound — an invitation to cross subtle thresholds within ourselves.

Through conscious breathwork, participants are gently guided into deeper states of awareness where the nervous system can soften and the body can release what it no longer needs to hold. Layered with live sound textures, frequencies, and intuitive instrumentation, the experience opens a field where sensation, emotion, and presence can unfold naturally.

Each session becomes a portal — not to somewhere else, but to deeper layers of the self.
