Breath&Sound with Natalie and Rida

Life begins with breath. Our ears and bodies first perceive the world through vibration/sound, and then comes language. 

We will embark on a journey of sound and somatic breath in the magnificent space and acoustics created by Mimar Sinan 500 years ago, with only 15 women in each session. Our aim is to refresh and purify our souls with breath, sound and water in this historical bath.

In the realm of water and the bath of sound, we will create space for the body through breath. The session will begin with a 10-minute meditation, followed by 15 minutes of active breathing, and will conclude with a 40-minute sound bath. At the end of the session, we will complete our experience in the architectural area, moving through the salt room, crystal room, and integration room, followed by a relaxation area.

• This session is not suitable for pregnant women or those who suspect they might be pregnant.

• At the end of the session, you'll get a chance to wash yourself with DIY spa kit, so bring your swimsuits.

  
  
  
  

• Since it's hot inside the hammam, we advise you to wear light clothes, or simply put on the towels provided.

  
  
  
  

• Hamam services are not recommended for guests with cardiovascular diseases, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues (asthma, bronchitis, COPD), diabetes, urinary tract infections, recent surgical operations, or those undergoing cancer treatment. Guests with severe skin issues such as burns or allergies, open wounds, or epilepsy will not be able to benefit from our services.
