Hazal Emre is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She started her spiritual journey with Kundalini 9 years ago. After receiving her Reiki I & II and mindfulness certifications, Hazal realized she wanted to go deeper into the world of Kundalini. She believes in the power of healing the body and soul through the practice of Kundalini, bringing light and awareness into our most authentic selves. Having mantras and the vibrations of sound playing a big role in Hazal's life, she continues to explore and deepen her studies.
